Electrical installation
The basis for everything else: supply lines, distribution, lighting and connecting the plant equipment. In new builds as much as in existing buildings, for single units as much as for entire properties.

Air conditioning
Design, installation and maintenance of split and multi-split units as well as VRF systems. For offices, medical practices and commercial space as much as for flats in existing buildings. Work on refrigerant circuits requires certified competence under the EU F-gas regulation.
Heat pumps
Air-to-water and brine-to-water systems, from replacing the heating in a single property to converting an entire holding. Requires electrical registration with the grid operator, and from 4.2 kW counts as a controllable load under Section 14a of the German Energy Industry Act.

Solar power
Pitched and flat roof installations with or without storage, including registration with the grid operator and in the German market data register. For property managers a tenant electricity model is an option as well.

Solar thermal
Collector systems for hot water and heating support. Often the more economical addition where roof area is limited and hot water demand is high.
Smart home and KNX
KNX-based building automation: lighting, shading, heating and climate on one bus instead of isolated solutions. Vendor independent, and therefore still extendable years later.

Frequent questions
Who is actually allowed to install air conditioning?
Work on refrigerant circuits requires a certificate of competence under the EU F-gas regulation. On top of that comes the electrical connection, carried out by a registered installation company. Anyone holding only one of the two may not fully commission the system.
Does a heat pump have to be registered with the grid operator?
Yes. In Berlin the responsible operator is Stromnetz Berlin. From 4.2 kW a heat pump counts as a controllable load under Section 14a of the German Energy Industry Act and must be registered. Only a company listed in the grid operator's register of installers may file that registration. We verify the exact thresholds against the operator's original documents before publication.
Besides the installation, what else needs doing for solar power?
The system has to be registered with the grid operator and in the market data register of the Federal Network Agency. Both have deadlines. On top of that comes the meter change and, depending on system size, feed-in management.
Air conditioning or heat pump, what is the difference?
Technically both are heat pumps: they move heat rather than generate it. The difference lies in sizing and purpose. A split air conditioner cools in summer and can heat in the shoulder seasons. A heating heat pump is sized for the building's heat load and for hot water.
Do you also work for property managers with several properties?
Yes. For property managers the decisive points are usually different from those of private customers: a permanent contact, traceable documentation, test reports, and invoicing that can be allocated to a specific property.
