What we offer
What is different here from the job ad next door
The points below are not statements of intent, they apply in the company. Anything we cannot commit to is not listed here either.
- 30 days of holiday
- Six weeks, not the 25 or 28 of the collective agreement. Plannable, and not negotiated as an exception.
- Pay above the collective agreement
- Above the Berlin electrical trade agreement, plus a Christmas bonus.
- Company vehicle
- Your own vehicle, no shared transport and no waiting at the yard.
- Apprenticeships in house
- We train our own apprentices. Anyone starting out learns on real installations, not on practice walls.
What you would be working on
Air conditioning from design to maintenance, heat pumps replacing old heating systems, solar power on pitched and flat roofs, and the electrical installation all of it runs on. Projects from a single flat up to the holdings of a property management company.
Because everything stays in house, you do not work alongside another trade but see the installation from the connection through to commissioning.
Three people, and you always know who is coming
The company is deliberately small. For a property manager that means one permanent contact instead of a call centre, and the owner is on site rather than only on the letterhead.

Quotes, design and execution. Whoever calls speaks to the person who will build the installation later.
Technician
Installation and maintenance of climate, heating and electrical systems, in Berlin buildings as much as on projects further afield.
Training supervisor
Responsible for the apprenticeship in the company. Apprentices learn on real installations, not on practice walls.
One of the three is a certified training supervisor. That is why we train apprentices ourselves instead of just talking about it.

Applying
Short, and no cover letter
A call or an email with two sentences on what you trained in and what you want to do is enough to start. Certificates can follow later.
No position advertised at the moment
There is no specific job advert online yet, the site is still being built. Do get in touch anyway: with the right qualification we will find a role.
We use your application documents solely for the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR together with Section 26(1) of the German Federal Data Protection Act. After the process is concluded we delete the documents within six months at the latest, unless you agree to longer storage. More on this in our privacy policy.
